The Dually Licensed Mobile Mental Health Professional and LADC will provide flexible and responsive services across the state of Minnesota for our Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment Services (MHSATS) program. As the Dually Licensed Mobile Mental Health Professional and LADC, you will provide clinical services to meet the behavioral health needs of individuals at various treatment sites. Assessment and treatment are provided collaboratively through an integrated treatment model. As a mobile position, this role is guided and directed through regional clinical managers aware of requests and needs from across the state. This position requires travel to sites across Minnesota with; travel expenses reimbursed according to established travel policies including mileage, lodging, and meals. Duties will include: • Conduct mental health diagnostic assessment for programs as needed • Interviewing, screening measure administration and interpretation, information collection and review, and report writing, associated with diagnostic interviewing • Provide individual counseling, group therapy, skill building and psychoeducation • Monitor overall patient progress • Oversee behavioral support approaches and planning to address safety and treatment interfering behaviors MHSATS provides behavioral health and recovery services across Minnesota in inpatient hospitals as well as residential and outpatient settings. Community Behavioral Health Hospitals (CBHH) are 16-bed campus-based hospital settings that provides short-term inpatient psychiatric care to people who have mental illness. Locations include Alexandria, Annandale, Bemidji, Baxter, Fergus Falls, and Rochester. Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Hospital (CABHH) is an inpatient psychiatric hospital in Willmar that offers a safe setting for youth who need crisis stabilization, comprehensive assessment, and intensive treatment of specialized mental health problems. CABHH is in Willmar, MN. Community Addiction Recovery Enterprise (CARE) provides inpatient and outpatient chemical dependency and substance abuse services. Treatment services include relapse prevention and aftercare planning with locations in Anoka, Fergus Falls, Carlton, St. Peter, and Willmar. Minnesota Specialty Health Systems (MSHS) provides time-limited mental health services in a residential setting to adults who no longer require hospitalization or inpatient treatment but still need structured care before returning home. Clients typically have serious mental illness and co-occurring conditions such as traumatic brain injuries, addiction, or behavior disorders. MSHS is an intensive residential treatment services (IRTS) facility. MSHS has locations in Brainerd, Wadena, and Willmar.
